Kasobask is not the resort
JRSK, Inc. publishes kasobask.com. We do not own, run or manage Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant; the resort belongs to the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and nobody there asked for or approved this page. Naming it our Top 1 is our own editorial decision. Our commercial interest is plain: when a reader books through some of our links, a partner network may send JRSK, Inc. a commission.
Fair use of Kasobask pages
Feel free to quote Kasobask, link to it and forward it privately. Bulk copying, scraper bots, tampering with how Kasobask runs, or claiming its writing as yours are all off limits.

JRSK, Inc. answers for neither the resort nor any booking platform or other outside website. Nightly rates, taxes, resort fees, parking costs and room supply are theirs to set and may move without notice. When you book, your agreement is with that provider alone.
Who owns the Kasobask content
Words, page design and drawings on Kasobask are the property of JRSK, Inc. except where marked. Resort brands, including the Choctaw name, stay with their rightful holders; Kasobask cites them only to identify each property.
Limits on liability
Kasobask is checked carefully yet may still contain gaps or go offline. So far as the applicable law permits, JRSK, Inc. accepts no responsibility for loss caused by acting on what these pages say.
Which law applies to Kasobask
JRSK, Inc. applies the law of its own place of incorporation to these terms; any consumer safeguard your home state or country treats as non-waivable still applies to you.
